We offer two options below: a letter of support, or customized support, including a mini marketing plan.
VAPG Letter of Support
Request a free Letter of Support for your VAPG application, including Grapevine Local Food Marketing’s qualifications and past results. We will email your documents to you in 3-5 business days.

A customized letter of support will be addressed to your VAPG contact and mention your farm by name. We will also outline Grapevine Local Food Marketing’s qualifications, including: Sample results for marketing and web development efforts, firm history, information about our team and specialties, and testimonials from past and current clients.
VAPG Marketing Plan
Partner with Grapevine Local Food Marketing to create a marketing plan in support of your VAPG application. In addition to a customized Letter of Support, you will come away with a marketing action plan and a quote specific to your business and your long-term goals.
Price: depends on your needs; typically starts at $2,400 for a mini plan

Depending on your needs, we’ll start with 1-2 calls. We will gather all of the background information that we’ll need to complete your Mini Marketing Plan.

Our team will create a customized Marketing Plan for your farm or local food business. The plan will detailed explanations of each item, providing language that can be easily used in your VAPG application. We will also include estimated prices for use in your application budgets.
This option can range from a mini-plan (more budget friendly) to a more robust, detailed plan.
