Email & SMS Marketing for Fischer Farms

We worked with Fischer Farms, a family-operated Indiana farm, to optimize their Drip configuration and set up SMS messaging.

Farm customers can choose whether to opt in to SMS, enabling the farm to quickly spread the word about restocks and events. And since YetiText SMS is integrated with Drip, we created text messages at key steps within our email workflows that check whether the customer is opted in, to send email vs. text accordingly and avoid over-communicating with farm customers.

Drip & YetiText are also fully integrated with the custom GrazeCart website we designed for this farm, with custom email templates (using the farm’s existing logo).

Drip is a fantastic tool for marketing to your farm’s existing customers and contacts, and it’s especially important for any farm that sells online. When configured correctly, Drip increases your farm’s online sales with automated emails for different scenarios: customers who haven’t ordered for a while; customers who started adding items to their cart but didn’t finish checking out; new contacts who haven’t ordered yet; and many more detailed scenarios.
