DIY Website for Euchre Creek Farm

Euchre Creek Farm chose our budget-friendly DIY e-commerce website package. We created a website shell, then coached this Oregon farm through filling it in.

This DIY GrazeCart website project included:

  • Customized DIY website template: We customized the client’s choice of our custom-designed website templates with their branding and fonts, so the website was ready for the client to fill in with their text and business information at their own pace.

  • Sample products and fulfillment methods: We created examples of products, bundles, fulfillment schedules, pickup locations, and shipping and delivery zones for the client to edit and use as they filled out the site with their pasture-raised beef, lamb, and wool products.

  • SEO-friendly website skeleton and copywriting tips: Along with our website templates built with SEO in mind, our DIY web packages also include a DIY guide to writing your website text, following our proven framework to drive sales (includes SEO tips!)

  • Coaching calls to customize the site together: With 4 coaching calls included in the DIY website package, we met with the client regularly as they customized the site to meet their needs –which included offering shipping, local delivery, and pickup, setting up order schedules, configuring pre-order and deposit products, and adding wholesale pricing groups for their restaurant partners.

“I was pleasantly surprised at how much the website creation process prompted fruitful questions about how to better organize the business administration processes like order fulfillment and pickup. It allowed me to edit what I was willing to do and when, and made me think about how to make my schedule as a farmer and a mom both productive and sustainable.

The website itself looks fantastic, and presents the business as it always needed to be presented. The support from the Grapevine design team and the coaching calls have made making changes or adding things to the site quick and easy. As someone with limited time at a desk, I am so grateful for this professional support.

I loved working with Jacy — she is friendly, smart, and has great insight into the challenges of being a farmer skilled in so many areas, but with limited knowledge of website development and marketing. Throughout the process she met me where I was, reminding me that we all bring things to the table and are learning constantly. Through her coaching I gained practical skills and the confidence to actively pursue further competence in these areas I've never worked in. The ripple effect of her approach to mentoring will continue to have a positive impact on my career and on my business.”
