Rewards Program for Together Farms

Together Farms’ successful weekly, seasonal Burger Night presented an opportunity and challenge, which they didn’t want to miss: converting Burger Night customers into consistent meat buyers from their Wisconsin farm. And, Burger Night foot traffic wasn’t as dependable as they’d hoped for on rainy days.

They needed a solution that would incentivize customers to go from Burger Night fans to loyal meat customers and rain-or-shine event goers. But the solution also needed to be simple and stress-free, because running an ethically-raised meat farm doesn’t leave extra room for researching digital platforms, much less troubleshooting and implementing them.

Creating a loyalty program was the ticket, and the team here at Grapevine Local Food Marketing was excited to take on the project!

After researching and comparing loyalty program systems that would connect seamlessly with Together Farms’ existing platforms (Square, GrazeCart, and Drip), we helped finalize a program and implement it. Grapevine:

✔️ Collaborated with Together Farms to create point system levels and rewards that would draw customers into their website to purchase meat and attend Burger Night, even on rainy days

✔️ Initiated loyalty point accruement system in Square

✔️ Set up backend capabilities to connect Square with Drip so that customers would receive customized email communications based on their points level

✔️ Designed webpage, cardstock flyers, Drip email template and workflow, and Burger Night t-shirt
