“For my 2025 sales of bulk beef, as of today I have sold 95% of the quarters I have available for the year. This includes 7 net new customers that found me through Google/website. In terms of my retail sales (cuts/bundles) I have also been sold out of the most popular cuts for some time and restocking soon but already pre-sold some of that, too. So, for 2026, I’ll be increasing my inventory of animals by about 50% as I have also had some additional people contact me that wanted to buy but didn't want to wait until the end of the year where I still have some quarters left.”
